A high speed wrapping and packaging company has several full time positions open at its Lewisberry PA facility on day shift. The position’s starting salary is $11.00 per hour with daily and monthly production bonuses. Hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This location is convenient to I-83 at the Lewisberry exit. The job is located in a secure, restricted environment and the nature of our business requires that you must first successfully complete a pre-employment, in addition to random and post accident drug screens. You must also successfully pass a thorough background, criminal and credit history investigation. The successful candidate will have a steady and verifiable work history. We will not consider anyone with a long history of numerous short term jobs of 2 years or less at previous employers. You must have experience with, and enjoy a fast paced, hard working position; operating production machinery, or have some mechanical experience, be willing to learn and meet the physical demands of the job. The duties are very physical and require you to continuously lift bags weighing up to 60 pounds to shoulder height unassisted to fill the wrapping machine hoppers. You must be able to work 8 hours on your feet, lifting, carrying bending, squatting, operating hand and foot controls in a fast paced environment. The employee must follow verbal and written instructions, complete simple math functions and paperwork.
